Outbound Contact Center Agents
As an outbound sales agent with AMR, you are the heart of our business. As a representative, you will be responsible for turning prospects into sales. We will provide you with a compensation package that will energize you to succeed. Whether you are calling a telesales, collection, market research, or any other outbound program, you will have an impact on our success.

Inbound Contact Center Agents
At AMR, we know that an inbound call is more than a sale or customer service call. It is an opportunity to create an experience that brings clients back for more. We are looking for representatives that can drive repeat business and problem solve. If you have the ability to answer incoming calls, make outbound follow-up calls, and can accurately make data entries, then we want to meet with you.

Retail Kiosk Sales Agents
We are looking for full-time and part-time Sales/Kiosk Representatives to work at our kiosks to fulfill sales and marketing requirements.
Our Sales/Kiosk Representatives are responsible for creating interest and selling products/services for our clients. This may include newspaper print/digital subscriptions, healthcare programs, and wireless/mobile services. This position demands a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong desire to succeed, and effective closing skills.

Classified Advertising Consultants
As a Classified Advertising Consultant, you will build, sell and maintain the classified advertisements printed in one of the largest newspapers in the Midwest. We take inbound calls, continually outbound dial and manage correspondence via e-mail on a regular basis. Consultants are paid hourly plus commission and are compensated based on the amount of revenue they handle on a daily basis.
Customer Service Representatives
You will be receiving calls from subscribers of one of the largest newspapers in the Midwest. Our objective is to address each call professionally, utilizing the client’s software to resolve any irregularity in service. As a CSR, you will be paid by the hour and receive commission. Incentives are built into each call that provide additional income. You will have the opportunity to earn a large commission in a short amount of time.

Outside Mobile Marketing Sales Agents
Mobile marketing is the hottest growing sales opportunity available today for seasoned sales professionals. We are looking for bright, dynamic sales agents to act as mobile marketing consultants and offer our services to small, medium, and large size businesses throughout the U.S.
This position requires door to door prospecting, cold calling, and managing multiple prospects at one time. Our solutions include text message marketing (SMS, mobile coupons, text to vote, social media, sweepstakes…), mobile website design, and mobile consultancy. Our target market includes restaurants, bars, events, theaters, health clubs, beauty salons, and retail stores.
